Police are seeking help identifying both the victim and the suspect.
“It’s not bad enough that this poor, homeless woman is forced to contend with the street, we have a raving maniac roaming the streets making things a whole lot worse for her and no telling how many others,” says John Larkin, ESC Senior Partner.
