The robbery happened about 5:10 p.m. at the Rite Aid store on the 7000 block of Secor Road in Lambertville.
A preliminary investigation revealed that Marvis Jones, Jr., 36, was previously involved in two hit-and-run accidents in Bedford Township. Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy Steven Warren was approached by a citizen and advised of a vehicle with heavy front end damage parked in the parking lot of the Rite Aid.
