Restaurant Fires Can Mean the End of a Thriving Business

Restaurant Fires Can Mean the End of a Thriving Business | #ESC_LLC #Restaurant #Fire #Business | Over the past week or so there have been more commercial kitchen fires across the United States than you could ever imagine, and many of them will end up closing forever. What a shame when you consider that they were all once thriving businesses.

John Larkin, Senior Partner with ESC of Greater Ohio.

“If you own a restaurant, it’s important that you understand how unfortunate that a devastating fire can be, not only for you, but also for those men and women who work for you,” says John Larkin, Senior Partner with ESC of Greater Ohio.

Your employees earn their living through the work they do in your food establishment. Through their job, food makes it to their family’s table, cars and trucks are purchased on a regular basis, kids eventually go to college, and retirements are often bolstered. Unless you do your homework now by having the right insurance; attending to ongoing maintenance issues; performing routine inspections; and having a quality, well-installed kitchen fire suppression system installed, all of this could go up in flames without any prior notice.

You have no idea what it’s like to get a call from someone driving by your restaurant at 3 a.m. on their way from or to work, just to make sure you know your life-long dream is on fire. We read it every other day in the news that we provide our dedicated readers with through our social media news channels: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. It’s sad to see a restaurant close for good because the owner didn’t think it could happen to him or her. Frankly, it can happen to anyone!

Below, please take the time to read the news items listed with links to television stations, newspapers, and other news sources. When you’re done, give ESC a call and let’s chat about your kitchen appliances and the fire suppression system you should have to protect it. ESC, a premier fire protection integration firm, stands ready to assist you in your effort to make this the one and only restaurant you’ll ever own.
