#Family says #killing of 72-year-old followed #harassment | #ESC_LLC #Police | Robert Pedelose, 72, was shot just after 10 p.m. Saturday outside his son’s home in the 1200 block of Navarre Avenue in East Toledo. First responders found him with at least one gunshot wound, according to a Toledo police report (Alexandra Mester, The Blade)
[Those arrested] are slated to appear Monday in Toledo Municipal Court. Charging affidavits in the court say Mr. Perry was driving the car, and told Mr. Mackay to shoot. Mr. Mackay fired shots from a pistol, which struck Mr. Pedelose. The affidavits say Mr. Perry admitted to driving the car.
Mr. Pedelose’s death marks the 30th homicide of the year in the city of Toledo.
