At the Public Lands and Buildings Committee meeting on July 1, Mayor Greg Kurtz said that funds have been allocated and appropriated over the past few years to be used for security and upgrades to City Hall. The building itself is currently 38 years old and Kurtz said the facility should be “upgraded to be in tune with today’s needs.”
