ESC Awarded ACDBE Certification | #ESC_LLC #ODOT #Business #Certification | DBE and ACDBE certification enables Electronic Systems Consultants LLC (ESC) to participate in federally assisted transportation-related projects and/or contracts.
All Federal Highway Administration, Federal Transit Administration, and Federal Aviation Administration recipients and subrecipients in Ohio will accept this DBE and ACDBE certification. It allows ESC to participate as an ACDBE in concession opportunities at Ohio’s primary/commercial service airports that receive Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program funding and that have concession revenues of $200,000 or more for either car rental or non-car rental concessions.
Electronic Systems Consultants LLC is subject to the requirements of the ACDBE regulations (49 CFR Part 23) and all laws of the State of Ohio applicable to the transaction of business. A DBE and ACDBE certificate for ESC may be viewed or printed from the Ohio Unified DBE directory at www.ohioucp.org.
